Hey, I Get It...It's Tough Finding Time To Stay In Shape When You've Got So Much Going On...

My name is Kristy Semonella.

I know this is the first time we are meeting so I wanted to give you a little bit of my story.

When I came to Body Image Fitness in March of 2017, the company was going through a major transition partnership and I was coming in as the “new kid on the block”. 

If you remember what it’s like being the new kid on the block, whether you moved to a new neighborhood, started a new school or a new job, you know how scary it can be.

You’re not really sure where you fit in or if anybody is going to like you. Fear and anxiety can derail your journey well before it begins and the ONLY antidote is taking action.

Coming into an already established business and especially into a male dominated field was quite intimidating but there was no way I could empower women without first overcoming my own fears..

And to make matters worse.....

Being 15lbs overweight at the time didn’t help my confidence either... 

Right before coming to Body Image I was working 2 jobs as a licensed massage therapist and training clients long hours in a big box gym.

I was struggling to make myself a priority which caused that 15lb weight gain.

Truth be told, this wasn’t the first time in my life where I had struggled with weight gain.

Although I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20 years, I have found myself struggling over the years. 

My personal journey has taken me from competing in a show, tackling an obstacle course and on more than one occasion “falling off track” where I would gain 15lbs back again.

I know what it's like to try every diet..

Low carb, no carb, low fat, intermittent fasting...

I know what it’s like giving up foods I loved...
I know what it's like to restrict, binge and repeat...

To try all the crazy intense workouts...
I also know how frustrating it was to find that nothing would stick long term. 

Through the years from working with hundreds of women just like yourself..

And as you can see through many years of my own personal trial and error, I was finally able to lose those15 lbs for the very last time…

Finally finding balance in both my career and my personal life, eating all the foods I loved, never “dieting” again and truly enjoying the journey…
